摘 要:本文选择地处黄河上游的甘肃省定西市为研究对象,以2018—2022年为研究时段,采用熵权-耦合协调度模型对定西市生态保护和高质量发展的耦合协调水平进行实证分析。结果表明,定西市生态保护和高质量发展耦合协调水平有一定提升,五年耦合协调度均值为0.538,总体上处于勉强协调水平。但研究周期内耦合协调水平不稳定,大致在初级协调与勉强协调之间反复,需要以更大的力度谋划推动生态保护和高质量发展互促共进。This study selects Dingxi City,Gansu Province,located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,as the research area and examines the period from 2018 to 2022.The entropy weight—coupling coordination degree model is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the coupling coordination level between ecological protection and high-quality development in Dingxi City.The results indicate that the coupling coordination level has improved to some extent,with an average coupling coordination degree of 0.538 over five years,generally classified as a barely coordinated level.However,the coupling coordination level remained unstable during the study period,fluctuating between the primary coordination and barely coordinated levels.Stronger efforts are needed to promote the mutual advancement of ecological protection and high-quality development.
