拉萨市世居藏族人群体力衰退型高原衰退症的症状分布及特征

摘　　要：目的:探究拉萨市世居藏族人群体力衰退型高原衰退症的症状分布及特征,为其诊断及治疗提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对拉萨市铁崩岗居委会、吉日居委会、河坝林居委会、八朗学居委会1110名世居藏族进行问卷调查。结果:拉萨市世居藏族体力衰退型高原衰退症患者中,心血管系统衰退发生率最高,占64.2%,之后依次为:内分泌系统占52.0%,骨骼肌肉系统占31.4%,消化系统占30.4%。年龄的增长与发生体力衰退型高原衰退症呈正相关(P<0.01),且女性比男性发生体力衰退型高原衰退症的比率高(P<0.05)。结论:拉萨市世居藏族随着年龄的增长发生体力衰退型高原衰退症的人群在增加,且女性比男性更容易发生体力衰退型高原衰退症。因此,应重视高龄人群和女性相关体力衰退型高原衰退症的保健工作。Objective:This study aimed to explore the distribution and characteristics of symptoms of the physical decline type of high altitude deterioration among native Tibetans in Lhasa.so as to provide a basis for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 1 110 native Tibetans.The participants were randomly selected from four neighborhood committees in Lhasa:Tiebengang Neighborhood Committee,Jiri Neighborhood Committee,Hebalin Neighborhood Committee,and Balangxue Neighborhood Committee.Results:Among native Tibetans in Lhasa with physical decline type of high altitude deterioration,the cardiovascular system had the highest incidence rate(64.2%).This was followed by the endocrine system(52.0%),musculoskeletal system(31.4%),and digestive system(30.4%).Conclusion:A significant positive correlation was found between age and the occurrence of the physical decline type of high altitude deterioration(P<0.01).Females also had a higher rate of physical decline type of high altitude deterioration than males(P<0.05).Therefore,attention should be paid to the health care of the elderly population and female-related physical decline type of high altitude deterioration.
