摘  要:通过分析2017—2022年新疆集中式饮用水水源地规范化建设工作阶段性成果,梳理并总结全区饮用水水源地规范化建设变化和成就。对照国家相关法律法规和技术要求发现,新疆饮用水水源地规范建设已稳步向好,各项指标完成率整体在90%以上,但还未能达到100%的优秀完成率。目前饮用水水源地规范化建设中还存在保护区划分滞后、监控能力不足、应急能力建设薄弱等问题,为此,提出相应的措施建议,以助力新疆饮用水水源地实现高质量发展的目标。Based on the phased achievements of standardized construction of centralized drinking water sources in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2022,the changes and achievements were sorted and summarized.According to the relevant national laws,regulations and technical requirements,it has been found that the standardized construction of drinking water sources in Xinjiang has steadily improved,the overall completion rate of various indicators has been above 90%,but it has not yet reached the excellent completion rate of 100%.At present,there have been still some problems,such as lagging division of protected areas,insufficient monitoring capacity,and emergency capacity weakly building.So some measures and suggestions were proposed to help to achieve the goal of high-quality development of drinking water sources in Xinjiang.
