粘滞人工可控塑性铰抗震性能分析

摘  要:为了满足建筑行业对可更换、可修复结构功能的需求,设计了一种具有弯-剪解耦特性的装配式粘滞人工可控塑性铰,该铰安装在预制钢筋混凝土(Reinforced Concrete,RC)框架梁上以实现对框架结构的性能控制。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了13个模型试件进行变幅低周往复加载,探究了耗能钢板厚度、橡胶厚度、铰连接长度、耗能系统截面削弱率等因素对粘滞人工塑性铰的承载力、刚度、延性及耗能性能的影响规律。结果表明:粘滞人工塑性铰连接滞回性能优异,橡胶板有效延缓了耗能板的屈曲变形和塑性发展,13个试件延性系数均超过13;耗能钢板厚度对铰连接承载力及耗能能力提升最为显著,但橡胶板厚度的增加对粘滞人工塑性铰抗震性能提升有限,建议其与耗能钢板的厚度比取值为2.5;为兼顾人工可控塑性铰的有效承载和损伤集中功能,建议耗能板截面削弱率取值不超过50%;耗能钢板厚度和铰连接长度可有效提升铰连接刚度,可根据结构性能需求进行协调设计。A prefabricated viscous artificial controllable plastic hinge with bending shear decoupling characteristics was designed to satisfy the demand for replaceable and repairable structural functions in the construction industry.A hinge device was installed on precast RC(Reinforced Concrete)frame beams to achieve performance control of the frame structure.Using the ABAQUS finite element software for variable-amplitude low-cycle reciprocating loading,13 model specimens were created to investigate the influence of factors such as the energy-dissipation steel plate thickness,rubber plate thickness,hinge connection length,and weakening rate of the energy-dissipation system cross-section on the bearing capacity,stiffness,ductility,and energy-dissipation performance of the viscous artificial plastic hinge.The results indicate that the viscous artificial plastic hinge had excellent hysteresis performance,the rubber plates effectively delay the buckling deformation and plastic development of the energy dissipation plate,and the ductility factors of all the 13 specimens exceed 13.The thickness of the energy-dissipation steel plate significantly enhances the bearing capacity and energy dissipation of the hinge connection,whereas the increase in the rubber plate thickness has limited effects on the seismic performance of the viscous artificial plastic hinge.It is recommended that the thickness ratio of the rubber plate to the energy steel plate be set at 2.5.To balance the effective load-bearing and damage concentration functions of the artificially-controllable plastic hinge,the cross-section weakening rate of the energy-dissipation plate should not exceed 50%.The thickness of the energy-dissipation steel plate and the length of the hinge connection can effectively improve the stiffness of the hinge connection,which can be coordinated and designed according to the structural performance requirements.
