摘　　要：为应对企业标准化工作中存在的技术标准体系适用性不足、传统工作方式零散无序、缺乏规划等问题。本文以技术标准体系为核心,提出一种系统化、动态化的标准化管理方法。基于《企业标准体系产品实现》(GB/T 15497—2017)框架,结合轨道交通车辆多元化技术特点,构建了覆盖“产品全生命周期”的企业技术标准体系。通过以标准化对象为导向开展各项工作,形成分析报告并实现联动。同时,探索利用信息化技术将线下管理提升到线上管理。实践表明,该方法可提升标准体系的协调性与适用性,解决传统标准化工作中缺乏规划、效率低下等痛点,为轨道交通制造企业实现技术集成与高质量发展提供有效支撑。In order to deal with the problems existing in enterprise standardization,such as insufficient applicability of technical standard system,scattered and disorderly traditional working methods,lack of planning,etc.This research takes technical standard system as the core,and puts forward a systematic and dynamic standardized management method.Based on"Enterprise Standard system Product realization"framework,combined with the diversified technical characteristics of rail transit vehicles,the enterprise technical standard system covering"(GB/T 15497-2017)product life cycle"is constructed.The standardization of the object is oriented to carry out various work,form analysis reports and achieve linkage.At the same time,the use of information technology is explored to upgrade offline management to online management.Practice shows that this method can improve the coordination and applicability of the standard system,solve the pain points such as lack of planning and low efficiency in the traditional standardization work,and provide effective support for the technology integration and high-quality development of rail transit manufacturing enterprises.
