摘 要:直流气体绝缘金属封闭开关和传输设备(gas-insulated switchgear/gas-insulated transmission line,GIS/GIL)因其体积小、传输容量大、运行稳定等优点,已被视为中国新型电力系统布局中的关键装备。然而,当前直流GIS/GIL的研发应用仍面临挑战,其在长时间运行过程中易受到金属微粒的影响而产生电场分布畸变,进而引起绝缘子表面电荷积聚甚至引发沿面闪络,导致其耐压水平显著低于交流GIS/GIL,对于金属微粒诱发沿面闪络的机理认识与防护治理迫在眉睫。因此,围绕当前直流GIS/GIL中金属微粒诱发的表面电荷积聚至沿面闪络阶段性过程的发展机制及其抑制调控方法等研究进行了梳理,总结了金属微粒在直流GIS/GIL腔体内的典型运动行为,并探讨了其对表面电荷积聚及沿面闪络过程的影响及作用机理。针对当前机理和调控手段研究所面临的挑战,提出了金属微粒影响下表面电荷积聚至沿面闪络阶段化研究路线,通过多参量阈值界定的闪络发展模型指导调控策略,旨在深化对高压直流条件下绝缘子沿面闪络机制的理解,推动GIS/GIL气固界面闪络调控理论体系的发展,并为直流GIS/GIL的绝缘设计提供理论基础。DC GIS/GIL is regarded as the key equipment in the layout of China’s new power system due to its advantages of small size,large transmission capacity and stable operation.However,the current research and development applica-tions of DC GIS/GIL is still facing challenges.It is susceptible to the influence of metal particles in the process of long-time operation and produces electric field distribution distortion,which in turn causes insulator surface charge ac-cumulation and even triggers surface flashover,resulting in a significantly lower level of voltage withstand than that of AC GIS/GIL;moreover,the understanding of the mechanism of metal particles-induced surface flashover and the protec-tion and management are imminent.Therefore,this paper focuses on the current DC GIS/GIL metal particles-induced surface charge accumulation to surface flashover stage process development mechanism,its inhibition and regulation methods and other research are sorted out,the typical behaviors of metal particles in the cavity of the DC GIS/GIL are summarized,and its impact on the surface charge accumulation and the surface flashover process and the role of the mechanism are explored.In view of the challenges faced by the current research on mechanisms and regulation means,corresponding technical paths and solutions are proposed,in accordance with the challenges faced by the current research on mechanisms and regulation tools,a staged research route from surface charge accumulation to surface flashover under the influence of metal particles is proposed,and the regulation strategy is guided by a flashover development model de-fined by a multi-parameter threshold,promoting the development of the theoretical system of flashover regulation at the air-solid interface of GIS/GIL,and providing a theoretical basis for the insulation design of DC GIS/GIL.
