摘 要:采用X射线成像技术对体积厚大的电气设备进行可视化检测时,高能X射线是否会对其中的绝缘材料性能造成劣化影响尚不明确。为研究X射线辐照对绝缘材料性能的作用规律,采用最高管电压为225 kV的X射线源,分别在空气和六氟化硫(SF_(6))气氛下辐照环氧树脂/氧化铝(EP/Al_(2)O_(3))绝缘试样,经过不同时间的X射线辐照后,系统分析辐照条件对绝缘性能的影响。研究发现:虽然X射线辐照10 min即可使EP/Al_(2)O_(3)绝缘试样的介电性能和体积电阻率开始朝劣化方向发展,但是变化程度极低。并且,高能X射线辐照使绝缘材料内部陷阱能级变浅甚至出现明显的浅陷阱,加剧表面电荷衰减程度和速率,帮助耗散绝缘装置表面的空间电荷,从而有利于保持电力设备的绝缘安全性。It is not clear whether high energy X-ray will cause deterioration of insulating material when X-ray imaging technology is adopted for visual inspection of bulky electrical equipment.In order to study the effects of X-ray irradiation on the properties of insulating materials,an X-ray source with a maximum tube voltage of 225 kV was used to irradiate epoxy/alumina(EP/Al_(2)O_(3))under air and sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))atmosphere,respectively.After X-ray irradiation at different time,the influence of irradiation conditions on insulation properties was analyzed systematically.Only slight degradation in insulating performance was found although the dielectric properties and volume resistivity of EP/Al_(2)O_(3) af-ter 10 min X-ray irradiation began to deteriorate.In addition,high-energy X-ray irradiation makes the trap energy level inside the insulation material shallow or even produces obvious shallow traps,which intensifies the surface charge decay degree and rate,helps dissipate the space charge on the surface of the insulation device,and is conducive to maintaining the insulation safety of the power equipment.
