摘 要:针对传统落锤式冲击试验机的连击频率低、冲击应力与速度可调范围小等缺点,提出一种基于电磁动能的并联冲击机构设计方案。采用脉冲电容器组对电感线圈馈电,在导体电枢中产生电磁力,利用电磁动能给冲头加速进行冲击试验。为了提高试验效率,提出并联冲击结构,分析了其等效电路,搭建了并联冲击机构试验平台,对设计方案进行了试验验证,然后利用有限元仿真软件计算冲头不同速度下的冲击应力。结果表明,电磁动能的并联冲击机构设计方案可行,具有可同时并联多组发射装置,速度与冲击应力可调范围大、连击频率高等优点。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional drop hammer impact testing machine,such as low frequency of continuous impact,small adjustable range of impact stress and speed,we propose a design scheme of parallel impact mechanism based on electromagnetic kinetic energy.The pulse capacitor bank is used to power the inductance coil,and the electromagnetic force is generated in the conductor armature.The electromagnetic kinetic energy is used to accelerate the impact test of the impactor.In order to improve the test efficiency,a parallel impact mechanism is proposed,and its equivalent circuit is analyzed.A parallel impact mechanism test platform is built to verify the design scheme.Then,the finite element simulation software is used to calculate the impact stress of the impactor at different speeds.The results show that the design scheme of the electromagnetic kinetic energy parallel impact mechanism is feasible,which has the advantages of paralleling multiple sets of launchers at the same time,wide adjustable range of speed and impact stress,and high frequency of continuous impact.
