晋祠理水过程的水权动因及其营建智慧探析

摘　　要：晋祠选址于悬瓮山麓晋水发源处,是水利工程逐渐风景园林化的典型个案。核心动因水权作用于晋祠的理水过程,使得园内水系从晋水灌区渠首水利工程发展为水利风景、园林水景。厘清晋祠水系的营建过程,有助于明晰以水利工程为基础的园林理水活动和营建智慧。通过分析水权分配规则与管理制度实施、借助“水神”文化身份建构2个方面对晋祠水系空间的影响,提炼理水过程中蕴含的协调人与自然关系的三方面营建智慧:因地因时制宜的多功能水渠空间营建、水权实体空间开放的生态美学感知、水权象征空间呼应场地山水格局的营建。以期丰富水权对传统风景园林空间营建影响的认识,启发生态文明背景下水利基础设施在场地尺度的理水实践,并有助于晋祠水文化遗产的价值阐释及其保护发展。The Jinci Temple is located at the foot of Xuanweng Mountain,where Jinshui River originates,representing a typical case of the transformation from water conservancy projects to landscape and garden.The core driving factor,water rights,influenced Jinci's "water layout" process,evolving the garden's water system from a water conservancy project at the head of the Jinshui River irrigation area into a garden waterscape and water conservancy landscape.Clarifying the construction process of the waterscape space of Jinci Temple is helpful to clarify the "water layout" activities and construction wisdom of gardens based on water conservancy projects.Firstly,the historical development of the water system of Jinci Temple is analyzed by sorting out historical and literature materials.Secondly,by analyzing the impact of water rights distribution rules,management system implementation,and the construction of the "water god" cultural identity on Jinci's water system space,the "water layout" process of Jinci is clarified:the purpose of the initial construction of the Jinshui water system was to build a water conservancy project with military and agricultural irrigation functions.Later,to coordinate the relationship between human production and life and nature,a multi-functional canal space was built at the head of the Jinshui Irrigation District,integrating three water conservancy functions of agricultural irrigation,milling,and paper washing as well as water cultural functions.In the operation of the physical space of water rights(water conservancy function space) and the symbolic space of water rights(water cultural function space),aesthetic experiences such as vision and hearing as well as cultural elements of water rights are gradually integrated,which makes Jinshui relate to related buildings or groups of buildings,plants,terrain,etc.,and form water conservancy landscapes and garden water features.Finally,three aspects of construction wisdom of coordinating the relationship between man and nature are extracted in the proce
