摘 要:泉州台商投资区文旅场馆平面投影长度约270m,由4个独立的混凝土塔楼以及一个支撑在各塔楼之上的异形钢屋面组成,钢屋盖下方局部区域布置有大跨消防屋面。钢屋盖结构存在屋盖和外立面造型复杂,屋盖平面投影超长,屋盖落在各塔楼的不同楼层处以及钢屋盖与混凝土下部结构交接关系复杂等难点。针对上述难点,对钢屋盖的结构布置、支座节点设计、竖向和水平变形、动力特性分析、温度作用分析、风荷载分析、稳定性分析、行波效应分析以及消防屋面的结构设计进行了介绍。结果表明,该钢屋盖布置合理、结构安全可靠,能满足建筑外观及功能的需求。The plane projection length of the cultural and tourism venue in Quanzhou taiwan residents Investment Zone is about 270m,and it is composed of four independent concrete towers and a special⁃shaped steel roof supported on each tower.A large⁃span fire roof is arranged in some areas under the steel roof.The steel roof structure has many difficulties,such as the complex shape of roof and facade,the long projection of roof plane,the roof falling at different floors of each tower and the complex connection between steel roof and concrete substructure.In view of the above difficulties,the structure arrangement,support joint design,vertical and horizontal deformation,dynamic characteristics analysis,temperature effect analysis,wind load analysis,stability analysis,traveling wave effect analysis of the steel roof and structural design of the fire roof were introduced.The results show that the steel roof layout is reasonable,the structure is safe and reliable,which can meet the needs of building appearance and function.
