摘  要:建筑结构地下室与屋面板开裂渗漏问题普遍存在,要满足国家通用规范“地下工程防水设计工作年限不应低于工程结构设计工作年限”的要求需进行大量深入研究与实践工作。简要阐述了国内外混凝土裂缝控制的设计方法;结合启迪设计大厦结构设计,考虑结构整体和局部受力与施工时的环境(如温度、湿度)、混凝土材料水化等相关因素的耦合作用,对地下室、屋面板等易开裂部位进行了开裂风险量化分析,提出针对性措施。监测数据和现场观测结果表明,启迪设计大厦地下室和屋面板未出现贯通性裂缝和渗漏。启迪设计大厦的结构混凝土抗裂性能研究与实践,可为建筑结构混凝土的开裂风险预测、设计优化及施工效果检测提供依据。The cracking and leakage problems in the basement and roof slabs of building structures are widespread.To meet the requirement in the national general code that"the design working life of waterproofing for underground engineering should not be less than the design working life of the engineering structure"extensive in⁃depth research and practical work are needed.The design methods for concrete crack control at home and abroad were briefly introduced.By integrating the structural design of the TUS Design Building and considering the coupling action of overall and local structural stress,construction environmental factors(such as temperature and humidity)and concrete material hydration,a quantitative risk analysis of cracking was conducted for vulnerable areas such as the basement and roof slab.Targeted measures were proposed accordingly.Monitoring data and on⁃site observation results indicate that no through⁃cracks or leakage occures in the basement and roof slab of TUS Design Building.The research and practice on the crack resistance of structural concrete in TUS Design Building can provide basis for predicting cracking risks,optimizing designs and assessing construction effectiveness in structural concrete of buildings.
