摘 要:通过测试85组不同蒸养制度养护后混凝土的抗压强度,研究了预养时间、升温速度、恒温时间、恒温温度和降温速度等5个蒸养参数对预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)管芯混凝土抗压强度的影响,并基于灰色关联分析法,比较了各因素的影响程度。研究结果表明:混凝土的抗压强度与预养时间成正相关关系,而与升温速度、降温速度、恒温时间和恒温温度成负相关关系;蒸养参数对混凝土抗压强度的影响程度大小为:恒温温度>升温速度>降温速度>恒温时间>预养时间。因此,为保证PCCP管芯混凝土的强度发展、提高PCCP产品的服役寿命,蒸养过程中应重点控制恒温温度。此外,基于试验结果和多元线性回归原理,建立了同时考虑5个蒸养参数影响的PCCP管芯混凝土抗压强度预测模型,并验证了模型的准确性。By testing the compressive strength of 85 groups concrete with different steam curing systems,the effects of 5 steam curing parameters consist of pre⁃curing time,heating rate,constant temperature time,constant temperature and cooling rate on the prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP)core concrete compressive strength were studied.Based on the grey correlation analysis method,the influence degree of each factor was compared.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete is positively correlated with the pre⁃curing time,while negatively correlated with the heating rate,cooling rate,constant temperature time and constant temperature.The influence degree of steam curing parameters on the compressive strength of concrete is as follows:constant temperature>heating rate>cooling rate>constant temperature time>pre⁃curing time.Thus,in order to ensure the strength development of PCCP core concrete and prolong its service life,the constant temperature must be controlled during steam curing progress emphatically.In addition,based on the experimental results and the principle of multiple linear regression,a prediction model of PCCP core concrete compressive strength simultaneously considering the influence of 5 steam curing parameters was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified.
