摘 要:为满足现代工程结构对高承载力、自重轻等需求,提出了一种方中空夹层高强钢管高性能混凝土柱结构。为研究该结构的力学性能,对20根方中空夹层高强钢管高性能混凝土柱和4根高强钢管高性能混凝土实心柱进行轴压试验,观察并分析内钢管壁厚、空心率和长径比对试件典型破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线及延性的影响。试验结果表明:内钢管壁厚增加能有效提高试件的极限承载力,改善其延性;空心率对试件极限承载力的影响规律受制于其他参数变化;从短柱到中长柱变化过程中,长径比增大,试件的极限承载力减小,同时试件的破坏形态从局部屈曲转变为整体弯曲破坏。基于试验结果,提出方中空夹层高强钢管高性能混凝土柱的极限承载力计算公式。In order to meet the needs of modern engineering structures for high bearing capacity and light weight,a high performance concrete⁃filled double skin high strength steel tubular(CFDST⁃HPC)column was proposed.To study the mechanical properties of this structure,axial compression tests were carried out on 20 CFDST⁃HPC columns and 4 high performance concrete⁃filled high strength steel tubular(CFST⁃HPC)columns.The effects of hollow ratio,inner steel tubular thickness,hollow ratio and length⁃to⁃diameter ratio(L/D)on typical failure modes,load⁃displacement curves,load⁃strain curves and ductility were analyzed in detail.The test results indicate that the increase of the inner steel tubular thickness can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen and improve its ductility.The influence of hollow ratio on the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens was subject to the change of other parameters.In the process of changing from short column to medium⁃long column,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen decreases with the increase of the length⁃to⁃diameter ratio,and the failure mode of the specimen changes from local buckling to overall bending failure.Based on the test results,the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of high performance concrete⁃filled double skin high strength steel tubular columns was proposed.
