摘 要:正交胶合木-混凝土自攻螺钉连接节点的受力行为对木-混组合楼板的受力性能具有重要影响。为研究正交胶合木-混凝土自攻螺钉连接节点单剪受力性能,基于已有试验结果开展了此类节点的数值模拟研究。采用验证后的有限元模型开展了混凝土层厚度和自攻螺钉屈服强度的参数分析。结果表明:有限元模型能合理表征节点的破坏模式和非线性受力行为。该模型针对节点抗剪承载力具有较好的预测精度,模拟误差在12.3%以内,满足工程精度要求。参数分析表明,随着混凝土层厚度的不断增加,自攻螺钉对混凝土层的约束能力和节点初始刚度均显著降低,但节点的抗剪承载力并未显著降低。节点的抗剪承载力随自攻螺钉屈服强度的增加有所提高。Mechanical behavior of cross laminated timber(CLT)⁃concrete connections attached with self⁃tapping screws has an important influence on the mechanical performance of wood⁃concrete composite floor.In order to study the single shear performance of CLT⁃concrete connections attached with self⁃tapping screws,numerical simulation of such connections was conducted based on previous test results.The validated FEM model was adopted for the parametric analysis of the concrete layer thickness and yielding strength of the self⁃tapping screws.The results show that the FEM model can reasonably describe the connection failure modes and nonlinear mechanical behavior.The model has good prediction accuracy for the shear capacity of connections,and the simulation error is within 12.3%,which meets the engineering accuracy requirements.Parametric study indicates that with the continuous increase of the thickness of the concrete layer,the confinement capacity of the self⁃tapping screws on the concrete layer and the initial stiffness of the connection are significantly reduced,but the connection shear bearing capacity is not reduced.The connection shear capacity increases with the growth of the yield strength of the self⁃tapping screws.
