摘 要:长江电力所属受电区域灾害性天气频繁,气象条件复杂,对受电区域用电负荷产生较大影响。因此,建立集约、高效、可靠的受电区域气象系统,提前把握受电区域气象变化情况成为长江电力业务发展的迫切需求。该文提出了受电区域气象监测预报系统,该系统在功能上采用微服务架构实现天气实况、气候监测、产品制作、评价检验等应用服务;在大数据计算上,充分利用气象大数据云平台(“天擎”)强大的数算一体能力,以RabbitMQ消息服务为媒介,实现跨网络的“云+端”业务应用模式;在DMZ区定时算法调度上采用解耦合的分布式调度方案实现产品的稳定、高效制作;在数据服务上利用气象大数据云平台数据同步功能,完成内外网气象大数据云平台结构化和非结构化数据快速同步,实现DMZ区实时数据接口服务。该系统的建成有助于长江电力行业用户预知受电区域天气气候条件,把握电力市场需求变化,对梯级电站在制定联合调度方案、电能销售策略等工作中提供重要的气象信息数据支撑。The frequent occurrence of catastrophic weather and complex meteorological conditions in the receiving area of Yangtze River Power have a significant influence on the electricity load of the receiving area.Therefore,establishing an intensive,efficient,and reliable meteorological system for the power receiving area and grasping the meteorological changes in the power receiving area in advance has become an urgent need for the development of the Yangtze River power business.We propose a meteorological monitoring and forecasting system for power receiving areas,which adopts a microservice architecture to implement application services such as weather monitoring,climate monitoring,product production,evaluation and inspection;In big data computing,we fully utilize the powerful numerical computing capabilities of CMADaas,and use RabbitMQ message service as a medium to achieve a cross network"cloud+terminal"business application model;Adopting a decoupled distributed scheduling scheme in the DMZ scheduling algorithm to achieve stable and efficient production of products;Utilizing the data synchronization function of CMADaas in data services to achieve rapid synchronization of structured and unstructured data between the internal and external CMADaas,and realizing real-time data interface services in the DMZ area.The establishment of this system helps users in the Yangtze River power industry to predict the weather and climate conditions in the power receiving area,grasp changes in electricity market demand,and provide important meteorological information data support for the development of joint dispatch plans and energy sales strategies for cascade power stations.
