襄阳管家巷--古城开发利用的新引擎与路径探索

摘　　要：在国家新型城镇化、文化强国及生态文明建设战略下,管家巷成为襄阳古城复兴的关键。文章指出襄阳古城面临基础设施老化、商业化过度等问题,提出规划引领、文化挖掘、业态调整与绿色发展等策略;改造后的管家巷保留了历史风貌,提升了游客体验,促进了旅游业繁荣,改善了居民生活品质。未来,管家巷将继续深化文化保护与传承,推动文旅融合,强化科技赋能,构建共治格局,坚持绿色发展,致力于古城复兴。Under the national strategies of new urbanization,cultural power,and ecological civilization construction,Guanjia Lane has become a key to the revival of Xiangyang Ancient City.The article points out that Xiangyang Ancient City is confronted with problems such as aging infrastructure and excessive commercialization,and proposes strategies including planning guidance,cultural excavation,business format adjustment,and green development.After the renovation,Guanjia Lane has preserved its historical features,enhanced the tourist experience,promoted the prosperity of the tourism industry,and improved the quality of life for residents.In the future,Guanjia Lane will continue to deepen cultural protection and inheritance,promote the integration of culture and tourism,strengthen technological empowerment,build a co-governance pattern,adhere to green development,and be committed to the revival of the ancient city.
