摘　　要：新时代为大学生奋斗精神培育提供了无比广阔的空间、创造了新的现实语境。近年来,大学生的奋斗精神受到网络青年亚文化的影响。“佛系”“躺平”“啃老”等亚文化现象层出不穷,为大学生奋斗精神培育带来一定冲击,给思想政治教育有效性带来挑战。在新时代,要结合网络青年亚文化的特征,在高校思想政治教育中融入奋斗精神,促进网络青年亚文化的顺畅发展,帮助新时代大学生树立正确的奋斗幸福观。The new era provides an incomparably broad space and creates a new realistic context for the cultivation of college students’struggle spirit.In recent years,the struggle spirit of college students has been influenced by the network youth subculture,and subcultural phenomena such as"Buddha","lying flat"and"gnawing the elderly"have emerged endlessly,which has brought certain impact on the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students and brought challenges to the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In the new era,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the network youth subculture,integrate the spirit of struggle into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,promote the smooth development of the network youth subculture,and help college students in the new era to establish a correct concept of struggle and happiness.
