摘  要:苹果苦瓜有机施肥及病虫害防治技术的集成研究表明,与常规的施肥和病虫害防治技术相比,有机施肥及病虫害防治技术虽然不能使苹果苦瓜的单果重和产量显著增加,但能使采收期延长,病毒病、白粉病、霜霉病发病率显著降低,瓜果中糖度、VC、皂苷、类黄酮及可溶性固形物的含量增加,瓜果着色均匀、大小均匀,提高了苹果苦瓜的营养价值和商品率。The integrated study of organic fertilization and pest control technology of apple bitter melon showed that it was compared with conventional fertilization and pest control compared with the technology,although organic fertilization and pest control technology could not significantly increase the fruit weight and yield of apple bitter melon,they could prolong the harvesting period,significantly reduce the incidence of viral disease,powdery mildew and downy mildew,increase the content of sugar,VC,saponins,flavonoids and soluble solids in melons and fruits,and uniform the color and size of melons and fruits.The nutritional value and commodity rate of apple bitter melon were improved.
