居住品质提升的设计策略研究——基于全国“好房子”设计活动的案例实践

摘　　要：研究旨在针对当前住宅设计中存在的问题提出相应的解决策略,从而提升住宅的居住品质。通过分析全国“好房子”设计活动的案例,识别了用户体验不足、人性化设计缺乏、可持续性与生态设计未能有效整合、社会文化背景考虑不足以及新技术应用滞后等主要问题。研究结果强调人性化设计的必要性,倡导跨学科合作以提升可持续性与生态设计整合,分析表明,提出的方法具备实际可操作性,为未来住宅设计的发展提供借鉴。This study aims to enhance the living quality of residential design by proposing corresponding solutions to the existing problems.By analyzing design cases from the"better housing"competition and exhibition,the case study method identifies key issues such as insufficient user experience,lack of human-centered design,ineffective integration of sustainability and ecological design,inadequate consideration of socio-cultural backgrounds,and lagging application of new technologies.The research results emphasize the necessity of human-centered design.Case analysis indicates that the proposed methods are practical,providing references and insights for the future development of residential design.
