摘  要:针对水肥一体化配肥注肥设备蠕动泵存在泵管疲劳损耗问题,采用数值正交的方法对蠕动泵帘线结构进行优化设计,选取帘线角度、帘线层间距与帘线层至内径距离为影响因素,选用三因素四水平设计泵管挤压性能正交试验表,根据正交表选取16组作为试验组,采用Abaqus/Explicit仿真软件对各试验组进行数值计算分析,并对仿真结果进行极差分析,获得帘线角度、帘线层间距与帘线层至内径距离各因素对应力、反力、剪切应变与应变能的影响规律及影响程度.通过对仿真结果进行灰色关联度多目标优化,得到各影响因素对泵管挤压性能的影响程度由大到小依次为帘线角度、帘线层至内径距离、帘线层间距,随后对优化前后帘线布置结构及性能进行对比,结果表明,优化后泵管的应力减小了4.99%,反力减小了10.66%,剪切应变减小了19.19%,应变能减小了19.9%,降低了泵管受压缩时的应力、反力、剪切应变以及应变能,减少了泵管损耗.研究结果可为蠕动泵泵管设计和优化提供一定的参考.Aiming to address the problem of fatigue loss of pump tube in the peristaltic pump of water-fertilizer integrated fertilizer injection equipment,the cord structure of the peristaltic pump was optimized by numerical orthogonal method.The cord angle,cord spacing,and the distance from the cord to the inner diameter were selected as the influencing factors.The three-factor four-level design of the orthogonal test table for the extrusion performance of the pump tube was used in this study.According to the orthogonal table,16 groups were selected as the experimental groups.Abaqus/Explicit simulation software was used to calculate and analyze the experimental groups,and the simulation results were analyzed by range analysis.The influence law and influence degree of cord angle,cord spa-cing,and cord to inner diameter distance on stress,reaction force,shear strain,and strain energy were obtained.The multi-objective optimization of the grey correlation degree of the simulation shows that the degree of influence of various influencing factors on the extrusion performance of pump tubes,in descending order,is as follows:cord angle,cord to inner diameter distance,and cord layer spacing.The structure and performance of the cord arrangement before and after optimization were compared.The results show that the stress of the pump pipe is reduced by 4.99%,the reaction force is reduced by 10.66%,the shear strain is reduced by 19.19%,and the strain energy is reduced by 19.9%.The stress,reaction force,shear strain and strain energy of the pump pipe are reduced,and the loss of the pump pipe is reduced.The research results can provide some reference for the design and optimization of peristaltic pump tube.
