大食物观赋能高质量发展的内在机理

摘　　要：大食物观是为了适应新时代人民高质量多元化的食物消费需求而提出的。从目标上看,是为了满足人民日益增长的对营养健康的美好生活的需要;从结构上看,是对传统粮食观的内部结构性重塑,优化食物营养构成;从要素上看,可以形成全链条、宽领域、多层次的现代产业融合体系;从价值上看,坚持民生发展目标导向,深蕴中国共产党以人民为中心的发展理念。大食物观赋能高质量发展是化解粮食安全之“策”,实现大粮食观向大食物观的转变;是实现美好生活之“道”,以大营养保障大健康;是提升产业现代化之“基”,以产业融合带动经济发展;是巩固生态文明之“要”,建立生态动态平衡基础上的文明新样态;是拓展现代文明之“域”,实现农耕文明的全面激活。The big food concept is proposed to meet the high-quality and diversified food consumption needs of the people in the new era.In terms of objectives,it is to meet the people's growing needs for a nutritious and healthy good life;in terms of structure,it is an internal structural reshaping of the traditional view of food to optimize the nutritional composition of food;in terms of elements,it can form a modern industrial integration system that is whole chain,wide ranging,and multi-level;in terms of value,it is to adhere to the goal orientation of people’s livelihood and development,and it deeply embodies the CPC’s development concept of putting the people at the centre of development.The big food concept empowers high-quality development as a‘strategy’to solve the problem of food security,and realize the change from the big grain concept to the big food concept;it is the‘way’to realize a better life,and ensure great health with great nutrition;it is the‘foundation’to enhance industrial modernization,and the‘foundation’to promote industrial integration;and it is the‘foundation’to promote industrial integration.It is the‘foundation’of upgrading industrial modernization to drive economic development through industrial integration;it is the‘key’of consolidating ecological civilization to establish a new form of civilization based on dynamic ecological balance;and it is the‘domain’of expanding modern civilization to realize the full activation of farming civilization.
