文化“两创”视野下黄河文化数字化文献建设研究

摘　　要：该研究旨在探讨文化“两创”背景下我国黄河文化数字化文献建设的现状、挑战与创新路径。该研究通过文献分析法、案例研究法、访谈法等研究方法,分析黄河文化数字化文献的资源类型、建设平台、技术应用及服务模式,揭示其在技术应用、资金支持和用户参与度等方面的困境,提出技术创新、内容创新、生态建设的策略。研究结果表明,通过多方协作机制的建立和先进技术的应用,能够有效提升黄河文化数字化文献的建设水平和服务效能,推动黄河文化的传承与发展。黄河文化数字化文献建设不仅是文化保护的关键手段,还是实现文化创新性发展的重要途径,对增强民族凝聚力和文化自信具有重要意义。This paper explores the current status of the digital literature construction of the Yellow River culture in China,which has made significant progress under the guidance of the"Two Creations"policy,but also faces challenges such as technological bottlenecks,insufficient funding,and low user participation.By analyzing the types of digital literature resources,construction platforms,technological applications,and service models of the Yellow River culture,this paper proposes strategies for technological innovation,content innovation,ecosystem construction,and service path optimization.The research results show that the application of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and other technologies,as well as the establishment of a multi-party cooperation mechanism,can effectively enhance the construction level and service efficiency of the digital literature of the Yellow River culture,injecting new vitality into the inheritance and development of the Yellow River culture.
