摘　　要：在海洋强国建设与生态文明建设时代背景下,辽宁省海洋文化产业发展是带动相关产业发展的“蓝色引擎”。该研究立足辽宁沿海地区,剖析其海洋生态文化产业基础与瓶颈,构建“产业基础—创意赋能”二维分析框架,提出创意海洋空间类型划分标准,将辽宁省沿海城市划分为优创型、协调型、特色型与互益型四大类空间。在体验经济理论指导下总结现有海洋文化产业类型,同时提供4条具体发展路径。在实践层面为辽宁省构建“陆海统筹、产城融合”的海洋文化创新体系提供决策支撑,其范式经验对沿海地区产业升级具有普适性启示,助推海洋经济可持续发展与生态文明建设协同共进。Under the national strategy of building a maritime power and the era of ecological civilization,the development of marine cultural industry in Liaoning Province serves as a"blue engine"to drive the growth of related industries.This study focuses on Liaoning's coastal regions,analyzing their foundational conditions and bottlenecks in marine ecological cultural industries.A two-dimensional analytical framework of"industrial foundation—creative empowerment"is constructed.Innovatively,a typological classification criterion for creative marine spaces is proposed,categorizing Liaoning's coastal cities into four spatial types:severely impacted,coordinated,distinctive,and mutually beneficial.Guided by the experience economy theory,the study summarizes existing marine cultural industry models and proposes 13 specific development paths across the four categories.On a practical level,it provides decision-making support for Liaoning to build a marine cultural innovation system characterized by"land-sea coordination and industry-city integration".The paradigm offers universal insights for industrial upgrading in coastal regions,promoting the synergistic advancement of sustainable marine economic development and ecological civilization construction.
