摘　　要：人文经济作为提升城市竞争力的关键因素,日益受到重视。对于淮安这座历史文化名城来说,漕运文化作为中国古代经济制度文化的重要组成部分,具有丰富的历史价值和深厚的文化内涵,对古代经济和社会结构的演变产生了深远影响。该文深入探讨人文经济与非物质文化遗产(非遗)数字化保护之间的互动关系,聚焦淮安漕运文化的数字化传承实践,将漕运文化与非物质文化遗产的数字化保护相结合,不仅能够传承这段历史,还能为淮安的高质量发展注入强大的人文经济动力。从人文经济学视角出发,阐明了漕运文化数字化保护为淮安高质量发展提供的新动力,并强调人文、经济、思想文化宣传等多维度工作的协同作用,驱动淮安新时代文化与经济的创新发展。As a key path to enhance the competitiveness of cities,humanistic economy is gradually gaining more and more attention.For Huai'an,a city with deep cultural heritage,canal transport culture,as an important part of the ancient Chinese economic system,carries rich historical values and cultural connotations,and has had a far-reaching impact on the evolution of the ancient economy and social structure.This paper delves into the interactive relationship between humanistic economy and digital preservation of intangible cultural heritage(ICH),focusing on the digital inheritance practice of Huai'an's canal transport culture.Therefore,combining the digital preservation of canal transport culture and intangible cultural heritage can not only inherit this history,but also inject a strong humanistic economic power into the high-quality development of Huai'an.From the perspective of humanistic economics,the article elucidates the new impetus provided by the digital preservation of canal transport culture for the high-quality development of Huai'an,and emphasizes the multi-dimensional work of the humanities,the economy,and the propaganda of ideology and culture in the process of this synergistic effect,which promotes the continuous innovation and development of Huai'an under the dual-wheel drive of culture and economy in the new era.
