河口县极小种群野生植物拯救保护建设研究

摘　　要：基于河口县分布的极小种群野生植物数量稀少、分布区域狭窄、面临灭绝风险等因素,厘清河口县53种极小种群野生植物的分布数量及分布地并研究出针对性拯救保护措施迫在眉睫。本文旨在通过总结资源调查数据以及实地调查并进行深入的分析研究,为河口县极小种群野生植物构建完整的保护体系。经过系统研究分析,成功厘清了河口县53种极小种群野生植物的分布数量和具体分布地。提出了相应的保护建议,包括建立极小种群野生植物小区(点)进行就地保护,开展生境恢复;实施迁地保护,将极小种群野生植物纳入近地保护;开展极小种群野生植物种群扩繁,保存种质资源,通过种质收集、人工扩繁、野外回归等科技手段促进其繁殖和生长。Based on the factors of sparse population,narrow distribution area,and facing extinction risk of PSES in Hekou County,this paper clarifies the distribution quantity and distribution area of 53 PSESP in Hekou County.In order to effectively rescue and protect these PSESP,measures such as on-site protection,establishment of PSESP communities(points),and habitat restoration should be taken;relocation protection should be implemented by integrating PSESP into near-situ conservation;population expansion of PSESP should be carried out through methods such as seed resource preservation.This includes promoting their reproduction and growth through scientific techniques like germplasm collection,artificial propagation,and field regression.
