摘  要:湿地、海洋、森林并称为世界三大生态系统,湖泊是构成湿地重要组成部分。基于不同时间和空间尺度上所展现出的多种生态、经济、社会及文化等功能多样性开展高原湖泊保护具有重要的科学意义。本文基于湖泊功能多样性的理论,总结云南省九大高原湖泊的分布与特点和面临的主要威胁,结合高原湖泊保护的意义,系统分析了湖泊功能多样性、生态服务功能,以及云南高原湖泊保护实施与面临挑战。在湖泊保护的法律法规与政策、功能多样性的湖泊保护规划、湖泊生态修复技术与实践、社区参与湖泊保护等领域提出了具体的保护策略,将对加强云南高原湖泊保护与维护其生态系统多样性具有重要的作用,同时对维护区域生态安全和实现可持续发展起到科学指导作用。Wetlands,oceans,and forests are collectively known as the three major ecosystems in the world,with lakes being an important component of wetlands.It is of great scientific significance to carry out the protection of plateau lakes based on the diverse ecological,economic,social,and cultural functions exhibited at different time and spatial scales.In this paper,the distribution,the characteristics and the main threats of the nine major plateau lakes in Yunnan were summarized based on the theory of lake functional diversity.The diversity of lake functions and ecological service functions,as well as the implementation and challenges faced by plateau lake protection in Yunnan were systematically analyzed combined with the significance of plateau lake protection.Specific protection strategies were proposed in the fields of lake protection laws,regulations and policies,lake protection planning for functional diversity,lake ecological restoration technology and practice,and community participation.The strategies will play an important role in strengthening the protection of plateau lakes and the maintenance of ecosystem diversity in Yunnan,and provide scientific guidance for maintaining regional ecological security and achieving sustainable development.
