摘 要:通过将有限元应力分析法引入移动式一体化污水处理设备水箱的强度计算及结构设计中,对比分析市面4种常见的不同结构形式水箱的用料多少、加工难度、工作工况的应力集中和变形情况,选出最符合使用工况的水箱结构形式,为今后产品设计提供了参考。分析结果表明:框式纵向折弯板结构重量最轻,且零件数量少,加工难度低,等效应力峰值最小,本文所使用的移动式一体化污水处理设备的水箱使用该种结构最佳。Finite element stress analysis is used to calculate the strength and design the structure of the water tank of the mobile integrated wastewater treatment equipment.The material,processing difficulty,stress concentration and deformation conditions of four different structural forms of water tanks on the market are consyracted and analyzed.The most suitable water tank structure form is chosen according to the working conditions,which provides a reference and learning significance for future product design.The results are as follows:The frame-type longitudinal folded plate structure has the lightest weight and the fewest parts,with the lowest processing difficulty and the smallest equivalent stress peak value.The water tank of the mobile integrated sewage treatment equipment used in this paper uses this structure for the best performance.
