摘  要:为掌握城市道路交通环境噪声污染状况,更好地改善和提高声环境质量。通过对嘉兴市道路交通环境噪声监测与分析,评价嘉兴市道路交通噪声现状。2023年,在嘉兴市开展一次昼、夜间道路交通声环境质量监测,监测点位数(路段)250个,覆盖道路总长度651.79 km。嘉兴市昼间道路交通噪声路长计权平均等效声级66.1 dB(A),强度等级为“一级”,声环境质量评价为“好”,平均车流量为365辆/20 min;夜间道路交通噪声路长计权平均等效声级59.3 dB(A),强度等级为“二级”,声环境质量评价为“较好”,平均车流量为99辆/20 min。同时,从不同等级路段分布、各县(市、区)道路交通声环境质量情况及历年监测数据进行比对分析,针对性地提出了进一步改善道路交通噪声的相关建议。In order to master pollution status of traffic environmental noise in cities and improve the acoustic environment quality,the current situation of road traffic noise is assessed by monitoring and analysising road traffic environmental noise in Jiaxing.A daytime and nighttime road traffic acoustic environment quality monitoring was carried out,with 250 monitoring points(sections)covering a total length of 651.79 kilometers in Jiaxing in 2023.The weighted average equivalent sound level of daytime road traffic noise was 66.1 dB(A);the intensity level was"level I";the acoustic environment quality assessment was"excellent",and the average traffic flow was 365 vehicles/20 minutes;The weighted average equivalent sound level of nighttime road traffic noise was 59.3 dB(A);the intensity level was"levelⅡ";the acoustic environment quality assessment was"good",and the average traffic flow was 99 vehicles/20 minutes.In the meantime,relevant suggestions for further improving road traffic noise was put forward from comparativing analysis distribution of road sections at different levels,road traffic acoustic environment quality in each county(cities and districts)and monitoring data over the years.
