摘  要:为给地方生态环境保护建设提供指导意见和建议,支撑“长三角”区域水生态环境协同保护,本文依据《2020年主要污染物总量减排核算有关要求》对宣城市2016-2020年已完成或取得重要阶段性进展的工业污染治理、城镇生活污水处理、再生水利用等,对总氮水质指标有改善作用项目总氮削减量进行了核算统计,并对总氮总量控制开展评估。结果表明:宣城市2016-2020年累计减排比例为10.41%,达到生态环境部下达的10%总氮减排目标。In order to better provide guidance and suggestions for the local ecological environment protection and construction,and better support the coordinated protection of water ecological environment in the"Yangtze River Delta"region,according to the Relevant Requirements of the Accounting of Total Emission Reduction of Major Pollutants in 2020,the study calculated and counted the total nitrogen reduction of the projects that had completed or made important progress in industrial pollution control,urban domestic sewage treatment,and recycled water utilization in Xuancheng City from 2016 to 2020,which had an improvement effect on the total nitrogen water quality index.An assessment of the total nitrogen control was conducted,and the results showed that the cumulative emission reduction ratio in Xuancheng City from 2016 to 2020 was 10.41%,achieving the total nitrogen emission reduction target of 10%set by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
