摘 要:黄铁矿-硫自养反硝化是一种高效的脱氮工艺,具有经济成本低、脱氮性能稳定的优点,可处理低碳氮比废水。探究黄铁矿/硫投加比例,减少副产物生成量,降低出水浊度是目前迫切需要解决的问题。以黄铁矿和硫作为电子供体,构建了黄铁矿-硫自养反硝化动态膜生物反应器,探究了黄铁矿/硫比例对脱氮性能、副产物生成、膜污染和微生物群落的影响。结果表明:黄铁矿/硫比例小于3时,NO_(3)^(-)-N、NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率均超过90%,NO_(2)^(-)-N的积累量仅为0.46 mg/L,副产物的生成量较少,但动态膜存在无机污染,出水浊度较大。提高黄铁矿/硫比例,pH值可稳定在7.5~7.8,有利于减缓膜污染,降低出水浊度。微生物测序结果表明,当黄铁矿/硫比例大于3时,Thiobacillus、Sulfuritalea等自养反硝化菌开始受到抑制,异养反硝化菌的相对丰度增加,微生物群落结构发生改变。对自养反硝化系统中黄铁矿/硫比例进行优化调整,可减少副产物的生成和降低出水浊度,起到高效脱氮的作用。Pyrite-sulfur autotrophic denitrification is an efficient denitrification process with the advantages of low economic cost and stable denitrification performance,and can treat low-carbon nitrogen ratio wastewater.It is an urgent problem to explore the ratio of pyrite/sulfur dosing,reduce the amount of by-products generated,and reduce the turbidity of effluent.Pyrite and sulfur were used as electron donors to construct a sulfur-pyrite autotrophic dynamic membrane bioreactor.The effects of the pyrite to sulfur ratio on the system's denitrification performance,membrane fouling,and microbial communities were investigated.The results show that when the pyrite/sulfur ratio is less than 3,the removal rates of NO_(3)^(-)-N and NH_(4)^(+)-N are more than 90%;the accumulation of NO_(2)^(-)-N is only 0.46 mg/L,and the generation of by-products is small,but there is inorganic pollution in the dynamic membrane,and the turbidity of the effluent is large.Increasing the pyrite/sulfur ratio can stabilize the pH value between 7.5~7.8,which is conducive to slowing down membrane fouling and reducing effluent turbidity.The results of microbial sequencing showed that when the ratio of pyrite/sulfur was greater than 3,autotrophic denitrifying bacteria such as Thiobacillus and Sulfuritalea began to be inhibited;the relative abundance of heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria increased,and the microbial community structure changed.The optimization and adjustment of the pyrite/sulfur ratio in the autotrophic denitrification system can reduce the generation of by-products and reduce the turbidity of the effluent,and play a role in efficient denitrification.
