夏热冬冷地区高校教学楼自然通风模拟及优化策略研究——以浙江广厦建设职业技术大学新建教学楼为例

摘  要:高校教学楼是师生交流、教学、实验实训的重要场所。教学楼在使用过程中,以南北向为最佳朝向,人体在该室内物理环境易产生热舒适感。但在实际建造中,往往要受到多种因素的限制,如基地范围的影响。本文以浙江广厦建设职业技术大学新建东西朝向的实验大楼为例,对建筑进行实地调研,发现建筑内部整体风环境有所欠缺,室内过热现象。而自然通风则会有效降低建筑能耗,可引入室外新鲜空气适当提高空气龄,从而改善室内空气条件。本文对新教学楼典型层的室内自然通风状况进行实测,新教学楼室内风环境存在提出优化设计策略,为其他高校新建东西向的教学楼风环境评估和优化提供参考依据。University teaching buildings are important places for teacher-student communication,teaching,and experimental training.During the use of the teaching building,the optimal orientation is north-south,which benefits the thermal comfort of the indoor physical environment for the human body.However,in actual construction,it is often limited by various factors,such as the influence of the site scope.The paper takes the newly-built east-west oriented experimental building of Zhejiang Guangxia Construction Vocational and Technical University as an example,conducts field research on the building,and finds that the overall wind environment inside the building is lacking,with indoor overheating phenomenon.Natural ventilation can effectively reduce building energy consumption by introducing fresh outdoor air to increase air age and improve indoor air conditions.This paper conducts actual measurements of the indoor natural ventilation conditions of typical floors in the new teaching building.Optimization design strategies are proposed for the indoor air environment of the new teaching building,providing a reference for the evaluation and optimization of the air environment of new east-west teaching buildings in other universities.
