摘  要:以深圳市某超高层建筑为例,针对超高层偏筒结构建筑钢结构施工中遇到桁架钢结构、吊挂层钢结构及斜巨柱钢框架等重难点,总结出一套有效的应对措施。偏筒斜巨柱阶段内框钢结构施工完成后完成悬挑区域钢结构及核心筒连接段;通过设置可拆卸临时胎架辅助安装吊挂层钢结构;桁架钢结构采用工厂预拼装试验模拟安装后在现场一次吊装成型;采用局部地面拼装,高空原位散装的安装工艺施工角部悬挑钢结构。该套措施与常规钢结构施工相比,有利于提高各工种施工流水效率,减小施工难度并提高施工效率,从而整体达到了降本增效的目的,有着广泛的应用前景。Taking a super high-rise building in Shenzhen as an example,this paper summarizes a set of effective measures to deal with the difficulties encountered in the steel structure construction of super high-rise eccentric cylindrical buildings,such as truss steel structures,suspension layer steel structures and inclined giant column steel frame.After the construction of the inner frame steel structures in the stage of eccentric cylinder and inclined giant column is completed,the steel structures in the cantilevered area and the connection section of the core tube will be completed;a detachable temporary tire frame is assisted by the installation of the steel structures of the hanging layer;The truss steel structure is hoisted and formed once in the field after simulated installation by factory pre-assembly test;the corner cantilevered steel structure is constructed by the installation technology of local ground assembly and in-situ bulk at high altitude.Compared with conventional steel structure construction,this set of measures is conducive to improving the construction flow efficiency of various types of work,reducing construction difficulty and improving construction efficiency,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency as a whole,and has a wide range of application prospects.
