摘 要:针对航天发射新特点带来的测控新需求,系统阐述了基于中继卫星系统(DRSS)的航天发射天基测控体系架构、支持能力和运行模式,重点分析了运载火箭全流程测控、星箭连续测控以及批量卫星发射入轨测控典型应用下的支持策略与效能发挥,梳理提炼了多体制多链路兼容、快速状态构建、资源优化配置和波束精准控制等关键技术,并指出未来需推进短报文增强型测控体系构建、终端型谱标准化及深空探测模式创新等方向的相关研究。Focusing on emerging requirements arising from the evolving characteristics of space launches,this paper presents the architecture,support capabilities,and operational modes of space-based Tracking,Telemetry,and Command TT&C systems for space launches based on data relay satellite system(DRSS).It provides detailed analyses of support strategies and effectiveness in typical applications including comprehensive TT&C for launch vehicles,continuous TT&C for Launch Vehicles and Satellites,and TT&C for large-scale satellite constellation launches.The research systematically summarizes and refines key technologies such as multi-system multi-link compatibility,rapid state establishment,resource optimization and allocation,and precise beam control.It further suggests that future research should focus on advancing enhanced short-message measurement and control systems,standardizing terminal-type spectrum,and innovating approaches to deep space exploration paradigms.
