摘 要:圆顶防护罩作为大型精密设备的重要防护部件,具有跨度大、质量大、可活动的特点,需要平稳可靠的运动。本文结合运动特性需求,列举并分析了钢丝绳集中驱动、钢丝绳分散驱动、液压分散驱动和电推杆分散驱动4种升降驱动模式的总体特性。以机械系统模式特点、可靠性、适用圆顶罩重量、被保护设备的重要程度为参考进行了驱动系统布置方面的适用性推荐,进一步结合4种驱动模式的具体特性进行了控制系统初步分析和4种驱动模式的总体对比。最终综合各方面要求推荐以钢丝绳集中提升的方式作为重要设备的圆顶防护罩驱动方式。文章最后分析了驱动模式的未来发展。As an important protective component for large precision equipment,the dome shield has the characteristics of large span,large mass,and mobility,requiring smooth and reliable movement.In response to the requirements for the motion characteristics of the dome shield,the overall characteristics of four lifting drive modes—namely wire rope centralized drive,wire rope decentralized drive,hydraulic decentralized drive,and electric push rod decentralized drive,are listed and analyzed.Based on the mechanical system’s characteristics and complexity,as well as the weight of the applicable dome shield and the importance of the protected equipment,recommendations were made.Further analysis of the control system is conducted Based on the specific characteristics of the four types of drive modes,and an overall comparison of the four drive modes is made Based on the analysis conclusions.Various requirements are comprehensively considered to recommend the wire rope centralized drive mode as the deployment schematic for the dome shield’s protection of important equipment.Finally,is analyzed the progress of the drive modes.
