摘　　要：医学院校研究生思政教育模式以精准化理念为指导,以信息精准化、培养流程精准化、服务精准化为内涵,以期实现研究生教育队伍建设、教育体系完善和教育形式创新的目标。当前,医学院校研究生精准思政教育面临主体缺位、过程断链、方法单一等现实困境,笔者从落实高质量全过程培养体系、满足多元化与个性化诉求、打造思政教育新态势三方面探索医学院校研究生精准思政教育的创新路径。The model of precise ideological and political education for graduate students in medical schools is guided by the concept of precision,encompassing precise information,precise training processes,and precise services,with the aim of promoting the construction of the graduate education workforce,improving the education system,and innovating educational forms.Currently,ideological and political education for graduate students in medical schools faces practical difficulties such as a lack of main subjects,broken processes,and a single method.This article explores innovative paths for precise ideological and political education for graduate students in medical schools from three aspects:implementing a high-quality,comprehensive training system,meeting diverse and personalised demands,and creating a new situation for ideological and political education.
