摘　　要：在“三全育人”背景下,医学生廉洁文化教育既是新时代医疗卫生事业高质量发展的客观要求,也是培养大学生良好从医职业素养的价值体现。医学生廉洁文化教育能促进高等医学院校廉洁文化扎根生芽,铸就医学生清正廉明的人格品质,推进廉洁文化教育工作者业务水平精通化。但是,医学生廉洁文化教育存在教育样式较为单一、医学生廉洁意识淡薄、教育评价体系不完善等问题。本文将进一步从坚持齐抓共管,实现医学生廉洁文化教育多元样式相统一;倡导认知规律,推动医学生廉洁文化教育与鲜明内容相协调;夯实“三维一体”,促进医学生廉洁文化教育与评价体系相契合三个方面探讨医学生廉洁文化教育的实践理路。In the context of the“three pronged education”,the integrity education of medical students in universities is an objective requirement for the high-quality development of the medical and health industry in the new era,and it is also a value reflection of cultivating good medical professional ethics among college students.It can promote the rooting and emergence of a culture of integrity in higher medical colleges,encourage medical students to cultivate a clean and honest personality,and accelerate the professionalization of the integrity education team.However,there are also problems such as a relatively weak style of clean culture education in schools,weak awareness of clean culture among medical students,and an inadequate evaluation system for clean culture education.This article will further adhere to the principle of joint management and highlight the unity of diverse styles of integrity education for medical students;advocate cognitive laws and promote the coordination of clear content in medical students’integrity education;research on the practical path of integrity education for medical students in universities from three aspects:consolidating the“three-dimensional integration”and promoting consistency in the evaluation system of integrity education for medical students.
