摘 要:目的:评估大学生心理韧性、人际关系及应对方式的现状,探究三者之间的内在联系以及应对方式在大学生心理韧性与人际关系中所起到的作用。方法:利用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表、简易应对方式量表、心理韧性量表对400名在校大学生进行调查研究。结果:心理韧性、积极应对方式均与人际关系存在负相关关系(P<0.01);消极应对方式与人际关系存在正相关关系(P<0.01),与心理韧性没有达到统计学上的相关关系(P>0.05);积极应对方式在心理韧性和人际关系之间起到部分中介的作用,效应值为30.81%。结论:大学生的心理韧性不仅可以直接预测人际关系,而且能通过积极的应对方式间接预测人际关系。Objective:To assess the current situation of college students’resilience,interpersonal relationships and coping styles,and to explore the intrinsic connection between the three and the role of coping styles in college students’resilience and interpersonal relationships.Methods:A survey was conducted on 400 college students using the comprehensive interpersonal relationship diagnostic scale for college students,the simple coping style scale,and the resilience scale.Results:Resilience and positive coping styles were all negatively correlated with interpersonal relationships(<0.01).Negative coping styles had a positive correlation with interpersonal relationships(<0.01)and did not reach a statistical correlation with resilience.(>0.05).Positive coping styles played a partially mediating role between resilience and interpersonal relationships with effect value of 30.81%.Conclusion:College students’resilience not only directly predicts interpersonal relationships,but also indirectly predicts interpersonal relationships through positive coping styles.
