摘 要:以27个甘薯品种为试验对象进行水培试验,通过测定不同品种甘薯地上部分干重、根系干重、根冠比、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量,采用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数等方法对各品种根系耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明:在盐胁迫下,不同甘薯品种根系均受到一定程度的影响,植株地上部分与根系干重均比对照组低;根冠比、H_(2)O_(2)含量和MDA含量均比对照组高;可溶性蛋白含量与脯氨酸含量则有升有降。运用相关性分析筛选出各指标间显著相关的耐盐指标,通过隶属函数综合评价得出D值,结果显示甘薯幼苗耐盐性较强的是‘绵紫薯9号’‘西充紫薯’‘南紫薯023’‘渝紫3号’‘渝33’;甘薯幼苗耐盐性较弱的是‘漯紫薯10号’‘南渝薯022’‘万紫9号’‘渝薯1号’‘济薯15’。本研究通过综合评价甘薯幼苗根系耐盐性,使用系统聚类将27个甘薯品种分划分成3种类型:耐盐型、中间型和盐敏感型。A hydroponic experiment was conducted with 27 Dioscorea esculenta varieties as the experimental objects.By measuring the dry weight of the above-ground parts,root dry weight,the root-shoot ratio,the content of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the content of soluble protein,and the content of proline of different varieties,methods such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of the roots of each variety.The results showed that under salt stress,the roots of different Dioscorea esculenta varieties were affected to a certain extent.The dry weights of the above-ground parts and roots of the plants were lower than those of the control group.The root-shoot ratio,H_(2)O_(2) content,and MDA content were higher than those of the control group.The contents of soluble protein and proline either increased or decreased.Salt-tolerant indicators with significant correlations among various indicators were screened out through correlation analysis,and the D-value was obtained through comprehensive evaluation using the membership function.The results showed that the varieties with stronger salt tolerance were Mianzishu 9,Xichongzishu,Nan Zishu 023,Yuzishu 3,and Yu 33,while those with weaker salt stress were Luo Zishu 10,Nanyushu 022,Wan Zishu 9,Yushu 1,and Jishu 15.In this study,through the comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance in Dioscorea esculenta seedling roots,the 27 Dioscorea esculenta varieties were classified into salt-tolerant type,intermediate type,and salt-sensitive type using hierarchical clustering.
