摘 要:为研究外源硅(Si)对干旱胁迫下二月兰种子萌发的缓解作用,以二月兰种子为材料,采用纸上发芽的方法,设置3个不同浓度的PEG处理(0%、5%、10%)和3个硅(Si)浓度处理(0、3、6 mmol/L),通过统计种子的发芽率、幼苗的生长指标,研究了不同浓度硅处理对PEG胁迫下二月兰种子萌发的影响,以期为二月兰的抗旱研究提供参考依据。结果表明:随着PEG浓度升高,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数逐渐降低;在相同浓度PEG胁迫下,Si提高了活力指数和10%PEG胁迫下的发芽率,降低了发芽势、发芽指数以及0%PEG和5%PEG胁迫的发芽率。随着PEG浓度升高,地上生物量、总生物量、胚芽长逐渐降低,地下生物量、根长则先升高后降低;在相同浓度PEG胁迫下,Si提高了地下生物量、胚芽长、地上生物量、总生物量根长。PEG、Si以及二者互作对种子萌发和幼苗生长均有显著影响,Si可以缓解干旱对二月兰的胁迫作用。Using the Orychophragmus violaceus as the experimental material,paper bed germination method was employed to investigate the effects of different concentrations of Si on seed germination and the alleviating effects of exogenous Si on seed germination under PEG stress.Six treatments were set up,including three different concentrations of PEG(0%,5%,10%)treated with three Si concentrations(0,3,6 mmol/L).Statistical analysis of seed germination rate and seedling growth were conducted,in order to provide a reference for studying the drought tolerance of Orychophragmus violaceus.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index decreased with the increase of PEG concentration;In the same concentration of PEG stress,Si increased vigor index and germination rate when the concentration of PEG was 10%,but decreased germination potential,germination index and germination rate when the concentration of PEG was 0%and 5%.With the increase of PEG concentration,aboveground biomass,total biomass and germ length decreased gradually,while underground biomass and root length increased first and then decreased;in the same concentration of PEG stress,Si increased underground biomass,germ length,aboveground biomass,total biomass and root length.PEG,Si and their interaction had significant effects on seed germination and seedling growth.Si could alleviate drought stress on Orychophragmus violaceus.
