高温热浪下城市蓝绿空间降温服务供需关系的空间格局研究

摘  要:城市蓝绿空间是缓解高温热浪的重要空间载体,通过分析蓝绿空间降温服务的供需关系及空间分布特征,以识别供需错位与优先干预区域,为气候适应型城市空间规划提供参考。以南京江南主城为例,采用地理大数据及GIS空间分析方法,以地表降温强度与距离表征降温服务供给,以危害性、暴露性和脆弱性综合反映降温服务需求,解析高温热浪背景下城市蓝绿空间降温服务的供需关系空间特征。结果表明:(1)城市蓝绿空间的平均地表降温强度达2.8~5.8℃,降温服务强度从蓝绿空间中心往外逐渐递减,在多个蓝绿空间影响范围叠合的区域明显增强;(2)降温服务需求整体呈现中心高、外围低的趋势,高值区主要位于城市CBD及各行政区核心地带;(3)江南主城区高供低需和低供高需两类供需失衡区域占研究区总面积的66.6%,主要分布在城市CBD及沿江一带;(4)典型蓝绿空间降温服务的供需错位区域占比达54.5%,以大型森林公园周边的高供低需类型为主。南京蓝绿空间降温服务的供需空间错位问题较为突出,其中低供高需地区应成为优先干预区域,可通过构建连通性遮阴廊道、设置立体绿化、转移脆弱设施等方法减少这些区域的热胁迫与人群健康风险。Urban blue-green spaces(UBGs)provide important cooling service that contributes to the mitigation of heat waves.This study aims to investigate the supply and demand of cooling service provided by UBGs,and identify areas with imbanlanced supply and demand,so as to provide references for targeted urban spatial planning from the perspective of climate adaptation.Taking Jiangnan main urban area in Nanjing as a case study,this research employs geospatial big data and GIS spatial analysis methods.Cooling service supply is characterized by surface temperature reduction intensity and distance,while cooling service demand is comprehensively reflected through hazard,exposure,and vulnerability.The study analyzes the spatial characteristics of the supply-demand relationship for urban blue-green space cooling services under heatwave conditions.The results are as follows:①the UBGs has an average cooling intensity of 2.8~5.8℃,and the cooling supply gradually decreases from the center of an UBGs to the outside,but significantly increases in areas that are under multiple influences of several UBGs;②the cooling service demand is generally high in highly urbanized area but less in the outskirt,with the highest value in the CBD and the core area of each administrative district;③the two supply-demand mismatch types,namely high supply with low demand and low supply with high demand,account for 66.6%of the study area;④for particularly typical urban parks,the mismatch areas account for 54.5%of the total area,and are primarily located in the vicinity of large urban forests.There is a prominent spatial mismatch between cooling supply and demand of UBGs in the Jiangnan urban area in Nanjing.Particularly,the low supply with high demand area should be given priority for targeted spatial planning.Efforts can be made to establish a network of shading corridors that connect large UBGs and highly populated areas,install green walls or green roofs in available spaces,and relocate vulnerable facilities,so as to reduce the heat stress and
