摘  要:为研究盾构机切桩过程中刀具参数对贝壳刀的受力特征和切削效率,基于实际工程建立了三维切削数值模型,分析了切削速度、贯入度和刀间距对贝壳刀切削混凝土受力和切削效率的影响。研究结果表明:随贯入度的增加,切削力随之增加。当切削速度为200 mm/s,刀间距为70 mm时,最佳贯入度范围为4~8 mm,此时切桩效率较高。切削比能整体上随切削速度的增大而呈增大趋势,当切速达200 mm/s时,比能达到最大。CC系数(盾构刀具切向力与法向力的比值)随切速增加先缓慢增加,当切速超过200 mm/s后发生骤增,为避免扭矩过大,建议切速不超过200 mm/s。贝壳刀所受切向力和垂直力随着刀间距增加而先减小后增加,贝壳刀切削混凝土比能随刀间距的增大而呈先减小后增大的趋势,在刀间距为75~85 mm时比能较小,此时切削效率较高。To study the force characteristics and cutting efficiency of the shell cutter affected by cutter parameters during the pile cutting process of a shield machine,a three-dimensional cutting numerical model is established based on the actual project.The effects of cutting speed,penetration,and cutter spacing on the force and cutting efficiency of the shell cutter in concrete cutting are analyzed.The results show that cutting force increases with the increase in penetration.When the cutting speed is 200 mm/s and the cutter spacing is 70 mm,the optimal penetration range is 4-8 mm,and the pile cutting efficiency is higher.Cutting specific energy generally increases with the increase in cutting speed,reaching its maximum when the cutting speed reaches 200 mm/s.The coefficient CC(the ratio of tangential force to normal force of the shield cutter)increases slowly with the increase in cutting speed and increases sharply when the cutting speed exceeds 200 mm/s.To avoid excessive torque,it is recommended that the cutting speed should not exceed 200 mm/s.The tangential and vertical forces on the shell cutter first decrease and then increase with the increase in cutter spacing,and the specific energy of the shell cutter cutting concrete decreases initially and then increases as the cutter spacing increases.The specific energy is smallest when the cutter spacing is 75-85 mm,and cutting efficiency is higher at this spacing.
