摘 要:双曲屋面以其独特的建筑美学与空间性能优势,被广泛应用于高铁站房,但当前尚未形成全面有效的质量控制体系。因此,以上海松江站双曲屋面施工为例,进行双曲屋面一体化综合建造技术的研究与应用。通过参数化建模,精准优化结构构件尺寸、布局与曲面曲率分布;在加工环节,自动化加工金属板材等材料,提高精度与效率,降低损耗;借助模型模拟技术预演评估多种方案,优化调整,划分金属、铝板、吊顶檐口、天沟4个单元模块,成功实现简易化施工,大幅降低高空作业风险。双曲屋面一体化综合建造技术较原方案节省了1/3的工期,可为同类工程提供参考。Hyperbolic roofs are widely used in high-speed rail station buildings due to their unique architectural aesthetics and spatial performance advantages.However,a comprehensive and effective quality control system has not yet been established.Therefore,using the construction of the hyperbolic roof at Songjiang Station in Shanghai as an example,the integrated construction technique of hyperbolic roofs is studied and applied.Through parametric modeling,the size,layout,and surface curvature distribution of structural components are accurately optimized;in the material processing phase,metal plates and other materials are processed automatically to improve accuracy,efficiency,and reduce waste;using model simulation technique,various schemes are previewed,evaluated,optimized,and adjusted.The modules are divided into four units:metal,aluminum plate,ceiling cornice,and gutter,which successfully simplify construction and greatly reduce the risk of high-altitude operations.Compared with the original scheme,the integrated construction technique of the hyperbolic roof saves 1/3 of the construction period,providing a valuable reference for similar projects.
