摘  要:针对东南沿海地区渣土产量日增、渣土难消纳的问题,提出将渣土作为主要原料制作轻质泡沫固化土进行回填利用的方案。为分析发泡剂占比、水的含量、聚苯颗粒、泥浆种类等因素对土样抗压强度的影响,设计了11组不同配合比的轻质泡沫固化土进行试验研究。结果表明:土样固化前期抗压强度增长较快,后期增长稍慢;随着发泡剂含量的增加,土样28 d抗压强度呈降低趋势,当发泡剂增多到一定程度后,抗压强度降低幅度不再明显;随着水的比重增加,土样的密实度会降低,从而降低其强度;在成分相同的情况下,取自废弃泥浆的土样的强度高于实验室自制泥浆;添加聚苯颗粒可以有效提高土样的抗压强度,但同时加入发泡剂和聚苯颗粒时,聚苯颗粒提高土样强度的作用会被发泡剂降低土壤密实度的作用所抵消;当不添加聚苯颗粒且发泡剂占泥浆比重为5/1000时,干土与固化剂、水的配合比为1∶1∶2,比配合比为3∶1∶4更能获得较高的强度和较低的密度。In view of the increasing output of muck in the southeast coastal areas and the difficulty in disposing of the muck,a scheme is proposed to use muck as the primary raw material to create lightweight foam stabilized soil for backfilling.To analyze the effects of foaming agent ratio,water content,polystyrene particles,mud type,and other factors on the compressive strength of soil samples,11 groups of lightweight foam stabilized soil with different mix proportions were designed for experimental study.The results show that the compressive strength of soil samples increases rapidly in the early stage of solidification and then increases slowly in the later stage.As the foaming agent content increases,the compressive strength of soil samples at 28 days decreases.When the foaming agent content reaches a certain level,the reduction in compressive strength becomes less significant.As the specific gravity of water increases,the compactness of soil samples decreases,thereby reducing its strength.Under the same composition,the strength of soil samples made from waste mud is higher than that made from laboratory-prepared mud.The addition of polystyrene particles can effectively improve the compressive strength of the soil sample.However,when both foaming agent and polystyrene particles are added,the effect of polystyrene particles on improving the strength of the soil sample is offset by the effect of the foaming agent in reducing soil compactness.The highest strength and lowest density are achieved when the ratio of dry clay,curing agent,and water is 1∶1∶2,as opposed to a 3∶1∶4 ratio without adding polystyrene particles and with a foaming agent content of 5/1000.
