摘  要:随着钢结构技术水平的不断提高,钢结构体系在超限复杂结构中应用广泛。而屋面设置大跨度钢桁架,通过吊柱下挂多层钢结构,形成高大空间,常被应用于演播建筑中。因此,结合菏泽新闻大厦中型演播厅上方高空多层吊挂钢结构体系的施工实践,综合考虑工期、安全、质量及经济性等因素,阐述了一种屋面钢桁架地面整体拼装、下挂钢结构楼层逆向累积提升拼装、整体提升就位的施工技术,解决了高空多层吊挂钢结构体系施工难度大、危险性高等问题。该施工技术保证了施工质量、降低了施工成本、提高了安装速度、保障了施工安全,可为同类吊挂钢结构项目提供参考。With advancements in steel structure techniques,steel systems are increasingly used in complex structures beyond standard design limits.Large-span steel trusses installed on roofs,with multi-storey steel structures suspended beneath via davits to form large spaces,are frequently applied in broadcasting buildings.The construction practice of the multi-storey hanging steel structure system above the medium-sized studio of Heze News Building is discussed.Factors such as construction duration,safety,quality,and cost are considered.A technique is presented involving ground-level assembly of roof steel trusses,reverse accumulative lifting of suspended steel structure floors,and integral lifting into position.This method addresses challenges such as high difficulty and risk associated with constructing high-altitude multistorey hanging steel structures.It ensures construction quality,reduces costs,accelerates installation,and improves safety,offering a reference for similar hanging steel structure projects.
