摘 要:针对传统楼板结构顶面钢筋堆场存在的下部回顶拖慢工期、楼板受荷易产生开裂等问题,通过有限元分析,提出一种新型架空式钢筋堆场体系,以及配套的施工工艺。该体系由结构预埋构件、支座构件、型钢主梁组成,通过螺栓及快插销轴进行组合安装,实现了免除下层楼板回顶支撑、避免本层楼板受荷开裂的目的。通过深圳市金嘉誉城科技园项目的实际应用,新体系不仅最大限度避免了楼板开裂渗漏等质量问题,而且能够大幅提前机电和装修的穿插进场节点,节约工期75 d、节约施工成本260万元,同时,满足多次周转使用的绿色施工要求,可为类似工程提供参考。To address issues in traditional floor structures wherein the top rebar yard requires lower-floor crown support that delays construction and induces cracking under load,finite element analysis is conducted to propose a new overhead rebar yard system and corresponding construction technique.The system consists of structural embedded components,support components,and steel girders,and is assembled using bolts and quick-insert pins to eliminate the need for lowerfloor crown support and prevent floor cracking under load.Practical application in the Shenzhen Jinjiayucheng Science and Technology Park project demonstrates that the new system not only minimizes quality problems such as floor cracking and leakage but also significantly advances the scheduling of MEP and decoration work,saving 75 days of construction period and reducing construction cost by 2.6 million yuan,while meeting green construction requirements for repeated turnover use.The system can serve as a reference for similar projects.
