摘  要:盾构法隧道施工技术以其智能、安全、高效等特点,在轨道交通建设中得到广泛应用。随着土压平衡盾构穿越江河的项目越来越多,为研究出现水域冒泡冒浆问题,以广州芳村至白云机场城际项目白云城市中心站—白方盾构井区间为案例,通过采用地质钻孔探明地层、盾构欠压掘进、盾体径向注膨润土泥浆、盾尾快凝浆液封堵地层空隙,以及使用绿色泡沫改良剂等综合技术,达成盾构下穿水源保护区污染防控的效果。结果表明:现场水样生物毒性及水质达标,盾构穿越水体期间掘进均速30 mm/min,地表沉降最大值为-14.25 mm,满足盾构快速掘进与地表变形控制的需求,可为同类工程提供借鉴。Shield tunneling technology is widely applied in rail transit construction owing to its intelligent,safe,and efficient characteristics.With an increasing number of earth pressure balance shield projects crossing rivers,the problem of water bubbling and slurrying is investigated.Taking the Baiyun City Center Station-Baifang Shield Shaft section of the Guangzhou Fangcun-Baiyun Airport Intercity Project as an example,geological drilling is employed to determine the strata,underpressure shield tunneling is conducted,bentonite slurry is injected radially into the shield body,and rapid-curing slurry is applied at the shield tail to seal formation voids.In addition,green foam improver and other comprehensive technology are used to achieve effective pollution prevention and control when tunneling under water source protection area.Results show that onsite water samples meet biological toxicity and water quality standards,average tunneling speed during shield passage through water is 30 mm/min,and maximum surface settlement is—14.25 mm,thereby satisfying the requirements for rapid tunneling and surface deformation control and providing a reference for similar projects.
