摘　　要：数字经济正成为创新经济增长方式的强大动能,然而,作为国民经济支柱产业的建筑业,尝试通过直接复制消费互联网平台提升产业数字化水平,存在诸多困境。因此,为阐释平台模式下建设项目公共数据价值的作用机制及度量问题,基于微观数据要素特性与宏观应用平台表现视角,构建价值形成机理概念模型,在模型基础上提炼价值构成表达式,并应用案例进行验证分析。研究表明,平台模式下建设项目公共数据产生价值是数据分享、信用场景、平台网络效应共同作用的结果,能由降本增效、社会福利、规模经济和范围经济效应量化表达,可为从数据要素层面推动建筑业数字化转型升级提供参考。The digital economy is becoming a powerful driving force for innovating economic growth models.However,as a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry faces numerous challenges when attempting to elevate its digitalization level by directly replicating consumer internet platforms.Therefore,to explain the mechanism and measurement of public data value in construction projects under platform mode,a conceptual model of value formation mechanism is constructed based on the characteristics of micro-data elements and the performance of macro-application platforms.The value composition expression is refined based on the model,and a case is applied for verification and analysis.The research shows that the value of public data in construction projects under platform mode results from the interaction of data sharing,credit scenarios,and platform network effects,which can be quantitatively expressed through cost reduction,efficiency improvement,social welfare,economies of scale,and economies of scope.This can provide a reference for promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of the construction industry from the data element level.
