摘　　要：土地整治项目的后期管护是确保项目长期稳定发挥效益的关键环节,对于促进资源节约和高效利用、推动经济社会发展和生态环境保护具有深远影响。以西南生态脆弱区土地整治项目为研究对象,发现通常存在项目后期管护保障不到位、农业产业发展薄弱、项目监督力度欠缺,以及多元主体参与能力不足等问题。为此,提出了提高后期管护资金保障能力,推进农业产业化、规模化、多样化发展,加强监管力度并完善监管措施,提高多方主体协同参与能力等相关对策,可为其他类似区域的土地整治项目后期管护工作提供参考。Post-project management and protection of land consolidation project is key to ensuring long-term,stable benefits and exerts profound influence on resource conservation and efficient utilization,economic and social development,and ecological environment protection.Land consolidation project in ecologically fragile area of Southwest China is taken as research object.Problems including inadequate financial support for post-project management and protection,weak development of agricultural industry,insufficient project oversight,and limited capacity for multi-stakeholder collaboration are identified.Accordingly,countermeasures such as enhancing financial support for post-project management and protection,promoting agricultural industrialization,large-scale and diversified development,strengthening oversight and refining supervisory measures,and improving multi-stakeholder collaboration are proposed,which may serve as reference for post-project management and protection of land consolidation project in other similar regions.
