摘 要:针对某既有挡土墙墙顶建筑物发生沉降变形且墙面发生张拉裂缝现象,主要为挡土墙及墙顶建筑物发生变形,且变形未收敛,墙顶建筑物倾斜率大于监测预警值等问题。通过现场调查,结合数值分析和计算,找出产生病害的原因。通过多方案比选,选择锚索框架梁+抗滑桩加固方案,经治理和工程监测,挡墙和墙顶建筑物变形得到控制。此研究可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴和参考意义。In view of the subsidence deformation and tension crack phenomenon of the wall top of an existing retaining wall,Mainly for the deformation of the retaining wall and the wall top building,and the deformation is not convergent,and the tilt rate of the wall top building is greater than the monitoring and warning value.Through the field investigation,combined with numerical analysis and calculation,find out the cause of the disease.Through the comparison and selection of multiple schemes,the reinforcement scheme of anchor cable frame beam+anti-slide pile is selected.The treatment and engineering monitoring show that the deformation of retaining wall and top building is controlled,This research can provide a certain reference significance for similar projects.
