厦门本岛路网结构量化评估与优化策略研究

摘  要:以厦门本岛思明区与湖里区为研究对象,通过实地调研与GIS空间分析技术,系统梳理了现状道路路网基础数据。量化评估了快速路、主干路、次干路及支路路网密度、道路面积率及路网级配等核心指标。结果显示:厦门本岛现状路网密度为8.95 km/km^(2),其中快速路供给不足,主干路规模相对适合,次支路供给不足且实际宽度和规划宽度相比有较大差距,进一步制约了交通微循环效率,导致高峰期骨干路网拥堵。建议优先落实环岛快速路等路网规划项目,补足快速路短板;推动湖里区次支路建设,提升路网级配合理性;针对狭窄次支路片区实施单向交通组织,并结合提质改造拓宽道路空间,增强慢行与绿化功能。This study focuses on Xiamen Island as the research subject,systematically organizing the foundational data of the current road network through field investigations and GIS spatial analysis techniques.Quantitative evaluations were conducted on core indicators such as road network density,road area ratio,and road network hierarchy.The results indicate that the current road network density of Xiamen Island is 8.95 km/km^(2).Among these,expressways are undersupplied,the scale of arterial roads is relatively adequate,and the insufficient provision of secondary and branch roads constrains the efficiency of traffic microcirculation,leading to congestion in the backbone road network during peak hours.Recommendations include prioritizing the implementation of planned road network projects such as the Ring Island Expressway to address the shortage of expressways;promoting the construction of secondary and branch roads in Huli District to enhance the rationality of the road network hierarchy;and implementing one-way traffic organization in areas with narrow secondary and branch roads,combined with quality improvement and renovation to expand road space,thereby enhancing slow traffic infrastructure and green functions.
